All the while, trying to grieve the loss of a loved one. You could really make things easier for them. This section will be sent to your chosen administrator. It is important to choose this person carefully, and to speak to them personally about the responsibility you have given them. Have some fun too ! Family stories, yarns or recipes !

My Life

Create a Bio of your life, upload precious photos, stories and thoughts that will be stored forever. If ever they are lost or destroyed, contact us at Support@Seeya.me and we can resend them for you. Be content knowing your memories are safe and accessible, whenever you need them. These memories can be sent to whomever you like. Chose who you would like to receive them and they will be sent to their email address. This section is private, only you control the story of your life.

My Messages

Store your thoughts, PDF’s and information on this platform. You can choose who receives them via email. Again this information is private, stored forever and forever available. Upload, update and delete as your life and family expands and changes. You are only limited by your imagination and you could really have some fun with this one !

My Funeral

Arrange your own funeral. Choose the music, the flowers, the location for your ashes. Even record a video for your wake. Seeya enables you to plan every aspect of your passing in whatever way it comes. You can build in as much or as little as you like, in the privacy of your own time. This information will be sent to your administrator, after they have authenticated and given permission for it to be released.!

My Wishes

Seeya gives you the chance for your voice to be heard. You can build your wish list in a few minutes, or add to it over a lifetime. Seeya is not a will and shouldn’t be used as one. We cannot stress how important a legal will is to your family; but is never too soon to set up Seeya. To ensure your deepest wishes and innermost thoughts are made available to your loved ones. This section is private to you and the recipient only, via email.

You can delete anything on this App that is recorded or uploaded.

Who gets to see this information?

This information is sent to the recipients email address that you have requested. Only you and the recipient chosen, will ever see this information.

Where is this information sent?

This information is sent to your administrator.

Will the information be sent to my administrator before my funeral?

If your administrator notifies us as early as possible and the circumstances are normal. Every effort will be made to have your funeral choices and wake video sent in time for your funeral.

How do I record a video for my wake?

Goto “My Funeral” press “Edit funeral choices” press “Add Wake Video” then press red button to record. Press red button again to stop recording. Press tick to store.

What happens to my personal information after I pass away?

After you pass away, All of your information In My Videos, My Messages, My Life and My Emotional Wishes is sent to the email addresses you have specified. Information in My Family and My Funeral is sent to your Account Manager. Your account is then removed from the internet with the password then becoming the property of Seeya. Your account and information is then protected by a master password and the authority of the CEO. Your account cannot be accessed without the written consent of your Account Manager and the CEO. An OTP log is kept to record any access to your account, which can be requested at any time by the Account Manager. This log can be provided at any time to prove if your account has been accessed.

Can my information be resent if lost or deleted?

Information can only be resent to the same original email address, and must be requested in writing by Your Account Manager. We cannot access your account without this permission, But if the User has requested the “Delete after Sending” function, It will be sent once and then deleted. You will be notified by email if the user has selected this function. If selected, the information cannot be resent.

How long will my information be kept?

1) If your account has no activity on our free service, the law requires us to keep your information for seven years. After this period your account will be deleted.

2) If your account has no activity or no payment on our paid service, the account will be deleted after seven years.

3) If you maintain payment, your information will be kept indefinitely. No payment after your passing is required to provide our service.

Can I change my Account Manager?

You can change your account manager at any time, our database will record your last choice as the one with authority. We recommend you notify your previous Account manager to avoid any confusion.

Can I delete my account?

Your account can be deleted at any time. Select the profile button on the main menu. The delete account option can be located at the bottom of the profile page.

Can I request to delete my information after it is sent?

Your information can be deleted after it is sent to your recipients. Go to My Profile on the main menu page and tick this option to enable this function. If not enabled, your information will stay on our system as a backup for your loved ones. Just in case they delete or lose the initial message. The choice is yours.

If I miss a payment, will my information be safe and still available?

If payment is overdue, you will not be able to access your account until payment is made. Your information is safe until payment is made.
